Guidelines for submitting copyright infringement notices and content complaints

Filing an Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our website, please notify our copyright agent. To be valid, the notification must be in writing and include the following:

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
